Thanks for writing in! We can’t assist you on such customization but surely we can point out the workaround as it’s achievable. You can set “Fixed Top” navigation from Customize > Header. To change the background color on scroll, you will find lot of related threads like this – https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/navbar-transparency-white-on-scroll/#post-359896
You can use UberMenu or Megamenus to create the menu like the example site.
If you have any other concern, specify where you are exactly having issue.

That is technically possible. However, that would fall beyond the scope of our support since it would require custom development.

I also think a good solution would be to have your slider above the mashthead and set it to a size where the navbar does not appear, so you will have just the slider when the client first come in.
Another possible solution would be to have a landing page without a header and have a button that you click and access the home page with the navbar, just like you have now for example, it also could cause a good impact on the user.
