    We made an manual update following the manual step by step. After revoke the validation to validate again, it looks validated ok. But we cant modify anithing on Cornerstone, it holds on ‘loading config’.

    We need help urgently, we are 2 days delayed because of this issue and we really try everithing.
    We can provide login details if you need.

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password

    Cornerstone loaded nice on my end on your home page in portuguese.

    Are you experiecing this issue with any specific page?

    Hi Joao, thanks for your support.

    We use Firefox, but we try both, Firefox & Chrome, and it loads the config but never shows up the content, it keeps spinning like it showns in the screenshot.

    Hi there,

    Those issues should be fixed with v4.6.0. If you are using Google Maps element then you can try removing them and adding again.

    Hi there,

    Please login through FTP and go to wp-content/plugins then delete the current cornerstone directory that is in there.

    Once you have deleted it, go back to the admin panel and reinstall it then try to open the pages.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Upon checking your site, pages were loading fine in cornerstone. See the attachments.

    Please clear cache and check again.
