    Hello

    My website http://www.colorsevent.com is updated with latest x theme. There is one page on the website which is a very important and commercial page. I noticed that google decreased to rank from 3 to 45 on search results which was caused by a server problem. When i checked this with GoDaddy, they told me that my website and wp admin are working well and there is just one page not responding which is because of the theme and plugins that i am using. i called them twice and this is the response that i received.

    I am happy to share my credentials, please help me.

    Hi There,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Description: Too much time has passed without sending any data for document.

    I can’t fully check the issue since I can’t access it.

    Just noticed that google de ranked my other pages as well. when i checked, they seem to be failing as well…

    By the way, the reason readability score is low is because the site is not in English, as far as i know.

    Hi there,

    Your site ranks are affected because the page is dead, I still getting timeout issues.

    The main cause of it is the Google Analytics plugin, looks like it’s corrupted. I did the plugin conflict test by disabling the plugin one by one. But have to wait much time every time I disabled the plugin due to Godaddy’s cache. It doesn’t take effect in instant.

    Your pages are not accessible.
