Archive / Help – my license just stopped working and my child theme deleted!?

    I was just working on my site and suddenly the child theme showed as ‘broken’ my site defaulted back to a default theme, looks like my child theme was removed from my ftp?! And now my website says it is not validated?? Yet in my ‘manage license’ page it shows as being assigned?

    I have made sure the domain assigned under the license is http://www.thisis360.com and development environment http://www.thisis360.com/newsite2016/

    Why would this happen? Please help as I was actively working on my website.

    Now resolved. I must have moved a folder into another folder by mistake on the ftp which caused the problem.
