Robert MParticipantHi ,
kikafeed.boomaxstudios.com since I updated to the agency explanded demo and made major custimizations, it crashes all mobile views. (I have kikafeed.com forwarded to kikafeed.boomaxstudios.com), neither the forward or the direct url work.It seems to be a quick glance of the full desktop site (not the mobile view that the demo itself sports) and it freezes and crashes.
I need this up asap, can you help? Already disabled non essential plugins. no change. credentials in next post.

Robert MParticipantFYI, turned off Post carousel…no longer crashes…but the mobile view is now a very tiny hard to see replica of the full site version. The agency demo has a wonderful optimized mobile view….”help” lol. how can I get that? mobile menu button, etc.

RadModeratorHi Robert,
What you did is not a redirect, you just wrapped this site kikafeed.boomaxstudios.com within this site kikafeed.com using the frameset.
Mobile view isn’t working because the frameset that wraps kikafeed.boomaxstudios.com isn’t responsive.
Please contact your hosting provider or domain registrar for proper redirection.
Thanks!

Robert MParticipantHI,
actually 1 and 1 hosting offers to types of “redirect” the first is regular and typical kikafeed.com>kikafeed.boomaxstudios.com.The second which I tried is “frame redirect” where they are supposed to forward you to the new site but keep “kikafeed.com” showing in the URL, kind of like a url masking. that doesnt seem to be working…is there a way to configure it so that it will be reponsive or do I just need to transfer the whole site to the kikafeed domain?

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for updating. Your source site should be responsive in order to get a responsive view within frameset. However it’s not anything related with X so unfortunately we can’t help on this much. Regarding the redirect/masking, your hosting provider could assist you best. If they have limitation then you can try another provider as it’s a standard feature of hosting.
Cheers!
