    I’ve try add &clean-cache to my URL but not success.. I try too increase my memory but not success again..

    Please try resetting your WordPress files and folders permissions. The correct settings can be found at http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/08/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/

    Hi there,

    The import fails is not because of the connection. It’s due to internal server error, I tried finding the details of the error with no luck.

    Object {message: "We're sorry, the demo failed to finish importing.", debug_message: "Internal Server Error",

    Is there any way we could get the details of that error, your site has no error logs even if I enabled it through WordPress.

    Hi There,

    We have switched our Demos to another server and there was a bug for while, it has been fixed now you will be able to install the demos yourself anytime.
