Thanks for writing in! Could you please try adding the following CSS rule into your Customizer, Custom > CSS area.

.x-slider-container {
    margin-top: 32px;
}

Hi, Thanks for the response — believe it or not, that did not bring the image to the top of the screen — may need a different css code.

If that is case, please add the following css code in the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Custom > CSS

@media(min-width: 980px){
  .masthead {
    height: 0;
  }
}

Hi There,

I did checked the source code of your site and I can’t find the suggested CSS. You don’t have an active child theme so this means that the CSS should be in the customizer. If you have added the code correctly on the customizer, we might be seeing cache content. Please try clearing cache. If this is not the case, please do give us your admin credentials on a private reply so we can check further.

Thank you for the two CSS codes — I had to go to the ControlPanel (Hosting) and Update: ‘Select PHP Version’ to a higher version : )
