    We often get this Issue,

    i have already tried deactivating all plugins which did not work.

    Help please 🙂

    Please update your theme and plugins to latest version.

    The latest version numbers as of this time are: (http://theme.co/changelog/)

    X Theme 4.6.0
    Cornerstone 1.3.0

    https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/

    Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
