    Hi,
For some reason, my header widget, which has a menu in it, is displaying blank on one of my pages. It worked fine until recently, when it just disappeared for no apparent reason. It still works perfectly on all the other pages.

Can you please help me out with this? I will send my login credentials in the following post.

    Thank you!

    Hey there,

Not sure why your menu doesn’t work in http://bottomlinemg.com/who-we-are/. I’ve copied that page over at http://bottomlinemg.com/x-support-test/ and the menu works in the test page. Would you mind making that your Who We Are page? If so, just delete your current page and rename the title and slug of the test page.

    Thanks.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your response.
I took your test page and changed the template under page attributes to Blank – No Container | Header, Footer (just like the rest of my pages), and the menu disappeared.

Why is that happening? I need it to use that template…

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

I have checked the Who We Are page further and the menu items in the page are not showing up because there are some incorrect codes in the elements specifically the text elements where you added the images of the green arrows.

    The codes were:

    <a href="http://bottomlinemg.com/contact/"><img src="http://bottomlinemg.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/arrow.png</a>

I have corrected the codes to

    <a href="http://bottomlinemg.com/contact/"><img src="http://bottomlinemg.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/arrow.png" /></a>

And you should be able to see the menu items now.
