    We have selected one header widget area and added some content for this in the header widget. However nothing is showing on the homepage. Can you help us out?

    Hi there,

    First make sure that you have enabled the header widget areas. To do so, head on to Appearance -> Customize and then click on the “Header” tab and when you go down, you will see a heading called “Header Widget Areas“. From there you can enable header widgets.

    After saving the changes, if you click the little plus (+) icon on the right upper corner of your website, you will see your header widgets.

    Hope that helps.

    Is it possible to display widgets that are in the ‘plus(+)’ area on the sidebar instead? I’ve set my header to be fixed left, so thought when I added widgets they would appear on sidebar..

    Hi There,

    Navigate to Appearance > Widgets then drag all the widgets inside the Header sidebars to Main Sidebar.
