    Hi,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Thanks for providing the credentials! Please change the format of the video to .mp4 and upload the video again. This will work then.

    Hello There,

    Upon checking your WP dashboard, it is a mess.
    Could you please fix it first so that we can check your slider?

    For the meantime, please check your video. It should be noted that only .webm, .ogv or .mp4 is cross browser compatible. If the video is not properly converted, it will not play.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    I’ve noted that the Upload Max File Size & Max Post Size in Revolution Slider are under Requirements, would this cause the video not to play? The Optional Background Video worked previously.

    I don’t know what you want me to clean up in the dashboard? Slider Revolution is accessible.

    Please advise.

    Hi There,

    Upon checking your Slider Revolution on page:

    It seems like you have selected a transparent background not a video background.

    I have selected the video available on your media library and it works fine.

    Note you need to go to Slider Revolution and Select a Cover Image, I have selected any image available for testing purposes.

    I would recommend you using an image with your logo or the first frame of the video in order to get a good effect.
