rvevainaParticipantI am having some errors with my headers on mobile.
1) The nav bar opens correctly when you tap the menu button, but won’t close after tapping the menu icon.
2) The pages start off in the right position when the screen loads, but then jumps upwards about 40px and messes up the view. This also happens everytime you scroll back to the top.

JoaoModeratorHi Therem,
I am getting an error when accessing your website:
This site can’t be reached
http://www.shop-pulse.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAINIs it working on your end?
Thanks
Joao

rvevainaParticipantHi Joao,
Yes, its working fine for me. The homepage is redirected to a coming soon page, but everything should be fine. Also it is https not http, but that should get redirected automatically.
Once again the website link is – http://www.shop-pulse.com

Nabeel AModeratorHi again,
I did some extensive testing on your site, I was getting JavaScript error in browser’s console. I activated your Parent Theme and the errors were gone and everything started to work just fine. There must be some customization in your Child Theme that is breaking the theme. Please review your Child Theme and remove the customization that is conflicting with the theme.
Cheers!

rvevainaParticipantI am sorry, can you please be a little more specific? What do mean by ‘remove the customization that is conflicting with theme’ ? If I knew what the conflict was I would have removed it already.
I haven’t added any additional JS to the child theme, so I’m not sure what exactly I’m supposed to remove.

rvevainaParticipantAlso, the only JS error i’m seeing in the inspector is related to the main X theme, not the child theme.

JadeModeratorHi there,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.

rvevainaParticipantOk. I figured it out. I had a conflicting Jquery CDN script which wasn’t necessary in the first place.

ThaiModeratorGlad you’ve sorted it out.
