padmorejordanParticipanthi, i realized that there might be some issues with my files, so i have renamed them properly and have deleted and reinstalled slider revolution to try following the guide i found on another forum. the issue is that the guide is outdated and slider revolution has updated since then. is it possible to have someone make another walk through on how to make a video background?

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
You can go through the following tutorial to get an idea (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5GZeqDd4QVk) and also you can locate the updated documentation here (https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/).
Hope that helps.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I have checked and will confirm to you that the video is not playing in Chrome. That is because you are using a .mov format. .Mov video files will only play to browsers with Quicktime plugin. I would highly recommend that you convert your video to .mp4 or .ogv as these formats are widely supported to most modern browsers. You can use Handbrake to convert your video.
Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.
