    Hello,
    I am trying to validate my version of X. I keep getting the error, “This purchase code has already been registered. You may have an additional account. If you’re unable to locate it, contact us with your purchase code and we can take a look for you.”

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Upon check your site, I see that your X theme and Cornerstone versions are not uptodate which causes possible validation issues.

    Could you please download the latest version of X from your Envato account and then update (https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/) to see if that works for you. You can delete cornerstone folder from (/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/) and when you head over to X Addons section within your WordPress backend, it will install automatically.
