I wanted to update my theme and cornerstone, but i was not able because they said my API key was wrong.
Where do i check it and why it says it is wrong, it was working before.
Please, i need to update my theme, cornerstone, and wordpress.

I am still having the error: This site URL is not a match for your license key.
I believe the problem is that my purchase code it is assigned for a subdomain I created while working on the website, now that we are using the domain it does not accept it.
Could I get some help with this please?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– Purchase Key

Thanks for the credentials.

You are using an older version of the theme v.4.3.4 which is the reason why it asks you to enter a correct API Key. Unfortunately, We have updated our validation process and now you don’t need to generate API key, instead please use the purchase code to validate.

Kindly update the theme to v. 4.6.2 by following this link :

https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

(You can update your theme manually as well).

And you will be able to Validate your theme by using the Purchase code directly.
