EricParticipantTrying to complete a form and I get this as a result underneath the form and no results are sent. Any idea what this is?
JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

JoaoModeratorHi Eric,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes,
Joao

RupokMemberHi there,
If you see the forms, there are some configuration error for them – http://prntscr.com/dghk8s
However the error (
JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data) seems faced by some other users as well for Contact Form 7 if you search on google, here goes a related article. It’s not related to theme though. You can reach to the Contact Form 7 support if you don’t see any plugin conflict. Thanks!

EricParticipantNo I’m not getting form results, but Yes I saw someone say that Wp Super Cache left some files on the server once deleted, but I didn’t see the files they were referencing. I may just use a different form.
