    Please provide us with FTP credentials. If you are not sure about FTP, you may contact your web hosting provider to help you creating an FTP account. Don’t forget to select Set as private reply to ensure your data remains hidden from other users.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for supplying the information!

    Unfortunately even with the .pem key, I still get permission denied, can you check to make sure your AWS instance isn’t locked down to your IP only?

    Hi,

    The ftp user provided doesn’t have write permission so I can’t create the file in your child theme.

    Please create style.css in /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/themes/x-child
    then copy the code below into that file.
