I’ve followed instructions I’ve found on the forum for including a modal containing a Gravity Forms form on my website.

I’m finding that when the form is submitted, however, it’s not updating on screen.

For example, if you click the “GET SYLLABUS” button without all of the required information of the form, the ajax button spins but doesn’t show you the error message “There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below.”

For some reason, the content of the modal is not being updated after the submit button is pressed.

Any idea why this is happening?

    Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear that but our scope of support doesn’t cover integration issues of third party plugins together. We could help you with integration issue with X theme. You may wish to contact a developer.

    Thanks for your understanding.
