Hi there

If I use the google maps element, is it possible to have the function of planning a route to the location i chose as the pin on the map (i.e. my company)?

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (a link to a similar example site would be very helpful, or perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.

Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! Please keep in mind that the Google maps and the embedded map element will only display the maps. Any features by the Google Maps will be solely available in their Google Map website. Unless otherwise, Google will release a new api that will include other features as well. The route planner falls under the directions which may be another feature in Google Maps.

We certainly appreciate this feedback by the way! This is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive.
