surferjohnParticipantGood morning,
Launched an X website this morning – http://www.jquaglialaw.ca/Since launch, the Google Maps have not loaded correctly. I assume the error is due to a Google Maps API issue – I have a code, but I’m unsure where to put it within X or Cornerstone.
Can you help?

RahulModeratorHey There,
On the latest version of Cornerstone, we added a Google API Key field to the Google map element.
See the Screenshot :
Thanks!

surferjohnParticipantThat’s odd. I updated Cornerstone this morning to 1.3.0 but it is not showing up – nor are any additional updates to the website.
Any suggestions?

FriechModeratorHi There,
Would you mind removing the other instance (older) of x|theme on your site to avoid conflict.
Thanks.

surferjohnParticipantDone. Still receiving the Google Maps error on main page & contact page.
Still no updates available for Cornerstone or X…

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing in! If you face issue on updating automatically you can update it manually. To do this go through your wp-content/plugins directory through FTP and remove the plugin folder cornerstone.
Then you can install it again from X Addons > Extensions. As your theme is updated, you will get the updated version of Cornerstone.
Thanks!

surferjohnParticipantWhen deleted from FTP, I log into the dashboard and get the notification in Addons ‘Cornerstone (required by X) has been automatically installed.’ but it’s not installing a version with the Google API available.
It automatically downloads it, and is downloading an old version – apparently. It’s version 1.3.
Are you able to login and add the newest version of Cornerstone so we can have a working map?

ChristianModeratorHey John,
Please check your functions.php if you have overridden the Google Map function or please remove all customizations temporarily then check again.
Thanks.
