    My Google Maps element is just a blank square.

    I’ve deactivated any recent plug-ins I’ve updated and nothing has worked.

    I went into cornerstone and deleted my map element and then redid it and this did not work as well.

    I will follow up with login information.

    I’m not sure if it has to do with the api key. I’ve never had an api key before and my maps have always worked.

    I followed the instructions by adding the custom function as suggested in this thread: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/map-error/#post-1059000
    However it did not work.

    I got an api key for Google Maps Javascript API, but there are so many different map api keys that I am not sure if that was the right one; regardless it did not work when adding the function code.

    This is a known issue, it should be fixed in the next update(Cornerstone 1.3.1).

    Do you know when the next update will occur? Will I need the API key?

    I need to provide my company with a timeline.
