    Hi

    So I read this page here

    Map

    and I thought I got it right but apparently not?

    I just put text edit field for VC

    I have cleared cache and it sometimes works in Chrome and Safari but only for the initial load – if I try to zoom it goes grey, I cannot drag it and it doesnt work anymore. Other times it doesnt show at all.

    It never shows up on mobile for me.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Since you’re using Uber Menu, head over to Appearance -> Uber Menu -> General Settings and uncheck the option Load Google Maps API and save the changes.

    This should resolve your issue. Make sure to clear your cache before testing your site again.

    Hi Darshana

    Seems to have worked on the desktop but it doesnt show on mobile. Any suggestions?

    I cleared all web data on safari on my iPhone.

    Hi there,

    What device is that? It looks big based on your screenshot. I checked it on iPad’s Safari and the map is displaying okay. I’ll be updating it to 10.2, please stay tuned.

    Yeah I did – no dice – it didnt work on my husbands either. We specifically cleared the data for the website under advanced as well. Other browsers it works – so not sure what the problem is specifically.
