    Hi there,

I see you have caching plugin. Would you please clear cache and check again? If you need further assist, provide us with login credentials.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

I have checked the console and the API key doesn’t seem to be active.

Kindly try to recreate an API key and assign it to the map element.

Guys this is getting really frustrating. I have made sure the API is active. In fact I started again and used a new one.

We never used to have these issues. Can I have a little more help please to get this sorted???

Would you mind giving us access to your Google Maps so we could check the settings?

    Thanks.

    Hi There,

Its the plugin W3 Total Cache, it has a minified/cache of your page. The map works when I disable the minify option.

Your map seems to be pointing on ocean, please check your coordinates.

    Hope it helps, Cheers!

We now have the same issue on – http://laraboothairdressing.co.uk/contact/

Surely if this is a universal issue, you guys would mention this in your documentation?

    Hello There,

Google Maps now requires an API before you can display the map. In your case, it seems that you have not set up an api that would work globally within your site. In the contact page, there is an api error. Please check this: http://prntscr.com/d3mz2i
Please do review your api and make sure that it will not generate any error so that the map will display properly.

Please let us know how it goes.
