    Hi!

This might be a question outside of your support.

Just started creating a page for an easy registration for an event. Using Google Forms, and wanted to integrate the form on the web page. The plugin Google Form seems to be the no. 1 tip for doing this.

However, it doesn’t really look like it should on my page.
    1) The text that ought to be inside the form field (like ‘your name’) is below.
    2) The submit button is only text, not even a link.

I’m guessing this is something that has to do with x theme. Is there anything I can do, or do I have to look for another way of getting our folks to register for the event?

    Sincerely and thankfully

    Christoffer

    Hello There,

Thanks for writing in and the detailed information about your issue. I have checked the page and I see that you have used a text element. I would highly suggest that you edit your page in Cornerstone and replace the text element with a raw content element instead. And also could please post in your next reply the code of the form so that we can test it in our local testing server and see how it looks like?

    Thank you in advance.

It looks like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Totally understand, and I wrote in the first topic, that I suspected this might be the case! Thanks for checking out though, and helping me this far! 🙂

    You are awesome!

    Blessings
