I got some problem with the API key.
I have made one and copy it in to the map.
But i always got the error.

Google Maps API error: InvalidKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#invalid-key-map-error

Pleas can you tell me what i have made wrong?

Hi Matthias,

Please go to this link:https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#invalid-key-map-error and do make sure that you have copied the key correctly. The link will give the description of the error.
You can also try to generate a new one: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key

Hi there,

Your API Key is not activated, this is the error

ApiNotActivatedMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#api-not-activated-map-error

Please check API errors here https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages

It says,

The Google Maps JavaScript API is not activated on your API project. You may need to enable the Google Maps JavaScript API under APIs in the Google API Console.

It will only work once it’s activated in Google API Console.
