Hi, on July 5, my stream of Google Analytics data stopped capturing. I can’t figure it out. Didn’t change a thing. Just updated the theme today to see if that was the issue, and analytics still aren’t firing. Help?
https://p2bi.com and WP/X/Cornerstone versions are all up to date/latest version.
July 17, 2016 at 11:52 am #1090768Hi there,
Since your website is up and running; Google Analytics should work fine if you set that correctly. Are you using plugin for that? Let us know how you are using Analytics and check the configuration first.
Cheers!

The page source shows analytics code correctly.
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.Let us know how it goes.
July 18, 2016 at 2:01 am #1091430Do you know if anyone else has reported Yoast SEO conflict? That was the only plugin update I ran on the day my GA numbers stopped… I’ll begin turning off plugins one-by-one.
Thanks,

We didn’t hear back about any issue with SEO by YOAST. However you can try turning that off as well and check.
Cheers!
July 18, 2016 at 2:18 am #1091446Thanks!
OK, so I went through and turned off every single plugin and waited after each to check for the return of live traffic on GA. GA traffic still isn’t running. Any other ideas?
July 18, 2016 at 2:23 am #1091456Hi there,
Google Analytics code exist on your website – http://prntscr.com/bu93qs
So I can it’s been integrated successfully. I am not sure why you are not getting data. You can check the GA code and compare with your account. Since the code is showing so GA should get data if the code is correct.
Hope this makes sense.
July 18, 2016 at 2:26 am #1091460Yes, thank you. I know the code is entered correctly and should be working. But it’s not. If there are no other ideas, I will find help elsewhere–it seems it might not be an issue with the theme.
July 18, 2016 at 2:30 am #1091463Hi there,
Yes you got it right. Since the code is showing fine; there is nothing wrong with the theme or any other plugin. If possible, you could reach to their support.
Cheers!
