    Hello,
    We entered the UA tracking code into the settings but still not picking up. It says ‘no http response detected’. We have searched and tried everything we can think of but nothing works.
    Please advise.

    Hi there,

    Would you clarify the issue a bit that what you are doing and where you are doing this? Are you using any plugin or RAW Content or Child Theme? Kindly explain a bit so that we could understand the situation and check this from the right place.

    I tried it google analyitcs plugin by adding the UA code in the settings and also tried entering the google analytics code in funtions.php in the child theme. And either work. the photo is from google tag assistant.

    Hi there,

    As it’s not working on Google Analytics plugin so I think there is something wrong with your code or domain that we don’t know. Unfortunately we can’t assist on this much as it’s not related with X or any of our addons.
