    Hi X-theme team. Thank a lot for your great job!

    I make the website that i want and now i look to increase global performance like SEO, Speedloading,…

    When i make a test with Google pagespeed insights i have a incredible 93/100 for UX BUT for the pagespeed i am very upset by the result 14/100. See the file attach to see details. Sorry is in french but technically i presume you can understand the point 😉

    I have optimize my pictures and i didn’t modify the structure of the x-theme so i wonder why i have this poor result for the speed?

    Could you help me with that? Thank a lot for your help!

    I have a second minor prob with a file that not loading like you can see in the console of chrome (pictures attach). I didn’t find it in my repository to upload it on the server. Could you help me ?

    Thanks for writing in! It seems that your attachments did not upload properly due to our file-size limitation of 512KB per attachment.

    Could you please use an online tool to share your screenshots (http://snag.gy/).

    I already read the article about performance but i would like to have advice in my precise case.

    I tried to know if is it due to my server host or due to the optimization of the website.

    Hi There,

    The best thing to do would be having the images set to the right size and before uploading them use http://www.tinypng.com to compress it.

    This way your website would be lighter.

    Hi There,

    First thing and most important at this point are your images as mentioned before.

    Check your home page and see this picture there.

    http://www.armes.be/wp-content/uploads/FusilsAbolt.png

    How big the picture actually is for that small size, that makes your website slow because it is a really visual website.

    So follow the recommendation on the prior post.

    You can also installed a Chrome Addon called Page Ruler and it might help you.

    Your are right for the image. I had already compress them but with tiny png it is largely better.

    Hi there,

    I have this error message in the dev chrome tool (see file attach).

    I’m sure is not a big problem but as you see it improves performance on loading and i don’t need this ressources.

    How can i deleted them? I don’t find it in my wordpress folder.

    Hi there,

    Please add temporary background image to your site under Customize -> Layout and design and save customizer. Next remove it and resave customizer.
