    I installed 3 different types of x themes, one with all the documents, 1 just the theme and 1 just with the theme, but from the site itself. When I try and install it, it gives me this

    Installing Plugin from uploaded file: x.zip
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Plugin install failed.

    Return to Plugin Installer

    I really need to get this fixed asap!! Thanks

    We’re replying post from oldest to newest please do not bump your own thread if you’re not posting an additional info, else it will back to the queue.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi There,

    Base on the error you provided above, it seems you tried to install the x|theme as a plugin.

    Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin install failed.

Return to Plugin Installer

    Theme installation is under Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme.

    I did go ahead and installed the theme, you can now validate that under Addons panel.
