Hi X – currently having a problem with a plugin called Give on this page:

Basically, the ( ? ) tooltip next to entries is not working. I asked the Give plugin people for help and here’s what they said:

“The best I can say though is that the problem originates in the x-body.js file and there’s nothing we can do about that from our end at the moment.

If you want to provide some details for the X Theme team, here’s what I found:

The function triggerCallback() in x-body.js line 1453 is being triggered, and because it can’t find an appropriate image length with our tooltips, it is returning the following error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘call’ of undefined

This error then cascades and breaks our qtip tooltip javascript.

I wish I had a fix for you now. I hope the X Theme team gets back to you. Please update me if they do.”

Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
