    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

Try uninstalling Essential Grid plugin and re-install it back. Check if the problem still persists?

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi There,

Please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thanks.

After much testting, there is no conflict.

so something els is wrong. if i look at the html codes there is no one asking for the “undefind” .

Do you have any idea what is wrong here?
