    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! Please review the following article (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/using-the-appropriate-product-image-dimensions/).

    Hope that helps.

I see. Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/

    Thanks for understanding. Take care!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? A shop that displays properly is not a feature offered by X? This is misleading advertising as on your demos it clearly shows that online shops are a feature of X?!

I sincerely hope you are wrong or i will be taking further action.

Here is what is displayed on your demo: the images are all in line and displayed in a perfect grid with all the same size.

    Is this not possible?

Sorry for the lack of details. The products are inline because they are all uniform in size when uploaded. All the images have the same aspect ratio and are 862 x 862px when uploaded. That is best practice when adding shop images as you can see in big e-commerce sites.

    Thanks.
