    Hi there,

    I realized that I cannot access to the customizer. It gives an error (please see image attached)

    I don’t know why this has happened. The only think I did lately is updating to the latest wordpress version. I don’t know if there is a relation.

    Can you help me, please?

    Hi There,

    Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
    define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

    You can add it before the line

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    I notice the site runs quicker, but still doesn’t work the Customizer.

    Hi Sonia,

    It seems 256 is still not enough, please increase it further to 384M.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '384M' );

    Thanks for providing the screenshot. Based on what I’ve seen, please make sure that you have inserted the correct single quotes. Please double check it again.     – FTP Hostname
    – FTP Username

    Hi There,

    Sometimes your host does not permit manual increase of memory. You could try contacting your host to increase your memory limit.

    Hi there,
    You were right. Looks like my host doesn’t permit manual increase of memory although does it through their platform.

    I contact them and they increase the memory, also they show me how to add more for future.
