Hi,

I’m not sure how this happened, but I added 3 different galleries and they seem to have the same settings, but for some reason they show up differently.

^^ This one has the purple navigation buttons but no thumbnails

How do I remove the bottom thumbnails, but keep the navigation tabs?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in and very detailed information. Upon checking and comparing the two post, I found out that the thumbnails is showing because you have added a shortcode (http://prntscr.com/bnrkg2). Removing this shortcode will remove the thumbnails.

Hi thanks! how do i find where that shortcode is? Do I edit the post in Cornerstone, visual, or text?

Hi there,

From the screen shot I can tell the page was created with visual and text editor, so you can’t edit it with cornerstone.

Please edit the post in text editor.

Okay, but i cant find that short code in the text editor…

Also, do you know why for the gallery in the above post as well as the first one I linked to, only 3 of the 4 photos get scrolled through when I click on the navigating arrows?

Hi there,

Those are featured gallery and not shortcodes and that’s when you added your posts and choose gallery post format. Those images are images that are uploaded through media library. And you can only upload new (to add image to gallery), or delete (through media library)
