    Greetings, X Team…

I think I may have brought up this subject once before, and it bears bringing it up again. Support team: **PLEASE** forward this to the development team.

The X Theme (Integrity stack) has met and surpassed every imaginable expectation EXCEPT ONE: The ability to control the header, (.x-logobar and friends) is sadly lacking. Its appearance is determined solely by the contents of “.brand.php” and so making additions and changes is tedious at best.

As easy and convenient as it is to insert a logo and make minor changes to the size, spacing, etc., it’s simply not enough. Nothing else can be added without changing .brand.php.

The header is a high-focus area, nearly always populated with links, buttons, phone numbers, shopping cart details, etc. Unless I’ve somehow missed some important aspect of Integrity that eliminates the need to mess around in .brand, I would be forever grateful to have the following:

What I would LOVE to have is the same capability as the FOOTER, where custom HTML can be added and changed at any time, where it is immediately viewable in the Customizer. One little text box would solve the problem in a heartbeat, eliminating the need for PHP code changes, FTPing the .brand file, the whole lot. So, X Team, however undignified, I’m begging you! Text box for the header, just like the footer!

Thanks for your time and consideration….
    Chris

    Hello Chris,

We certainly appreciate the feedback! This is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive.

    Thanks!
