    WordPress 4.5.2 running X theme.

    I updated the site to latest version.

    TO MY GREAT DISTRESS – I can no longer get the plug-in of Cornerstone to activate.

    Here is what I’m getting and others are getting when they try and access my site

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function x_get_view() in /home/content/94/10157094/html/pitchperfect/wp-content/themes/x/index.php on line 18

    Can you please tell me what the problem is and with any luck maybe help fix it? I’m told by GoDaddy that it is an error at this line with the theme itself or the content put into the theme. I have not to the best of my knowledge tampered by putting any code written by me. So wondering what is making the site inaccessible.

    Would someone be able to look at this and (1) get the error no longer to show for home page

    (2) Load in Cornerstone as everytime I do I get an error message saying Cornerstone plug-in is there but strangely it is not showing up on Dashboard.

    Recent History:

    I had a hacker come in via FTP. Go Daddy sorted out the word press end. They then advised that I deleted the theme and reloaded the zip file. This zip file was purchased in 2014. So I updated within X file theme after reloading. Then up came this message and that of the plug in problem.

    Was my birthday yesterday so I received a very unwelcome birthday present.

    Hi,

    You can try adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Hi there,

    Your files are mixed from old and new versions, hence, there is a mismatched in function calling. Please delete your entire X theme folder and re-install with the download copy from Themeforest. Overwriting or updating may fail to replace old files, hence, deleting the entire theme is to ensure that the files being installed are correct.
