Bark201ParticipantI am using W3 Total Cache and Intense plugin (premium):
W3 Total Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
Intense: https://intenseplugin.com/I having serious issues with the static page I used for the homepage and only that page. Since I put the code I was given for cornerstone (see https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/cornerstone-related-posts-on-hover-and-prompt-buttons/) the front page is being cached by God knows what even though its been excluded from caching and worked fine for months. Then a double scroll bar comes in on Chrome. I can’t stop the caching of the front page. It keeps being cached, doesnt show any changes I make to the menu.
I am highlighting it is only the front page, all other pages are fine. I restored the backup files and the database, nothing helped. I tried deactivating the intense plugin and deleting it but didnt work. I disabled W3 total cache and that didnt work either. I tried changing the static homepage and that didnt work as well.
Please help, this is very frustrating.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! This is just a caching issue. Since you have installed a caching plugin W3 Total Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.
If you have a 3rd party plugin that minifies the JS and CSS, you also need to delete and clear the minified JS and CSS. It will regenerate the minified version and this is to make sure that latest JS and css has been minified and used in displaying your site.
Hope this helps.

Bark201ParticipantI have been using that cache plugin for over 2 years and never had any issues, even after installing your theme and beginning to customize it. The problems started as soon as I put that code in. I think it affected revslider on the page and that is forcing it to get cached. I know how to clear the cache, it doesnt fix it.
That page was excluded from caching and worked fine for months until I put that code in. Again, I am suspecting it has to do with revslider. I can’t fix it and the shocking part is that even a restore doesnt fix it. If i disable the caching plugin the revslider no longer shows. These problems started only after I put that code you gave me in functions php of a child theme. W3 does minify JS and CSS but it doent fix it after clearing it. I am completely lost and have no idea how to fix it.
Please help.
