agotacorreaParticipantHi, We love your theme and always recommend it to everyone.
Unfortunately, we have an issue with the Forgot Password page – it’s not showing properly.

When we change the theme to any other wordpress theme, it works. Can you please explain why this is happening and recommend a solution?November 23, 2016 at 9:25 am #1268303
RupokMemberHi there,
Is it a custom page? Are you using any plugin for this?
Usually you can reset password from here – http://resortfactor.com/wp-admin (by clicking “Lost your password?”) or this is the direct link – http://resortfactor.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
So I am not really sure about your given page URL and why you are expecting the functionality there.
Let us know a bit details.

agotacorreaParticipantHi Rupok,
Thank you for your response. Yes, we are using Charitable plugin – there is no custom page but there is a forgot password page that we would like to use. (here is their demo: http://demo.wpcharitable.com/jessica-hawkins/login/forgot-password/)November 23, 2016 at 11:35 am #1268460

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I have checked your site and tried the best help that I could. I did not find any setting where you can customize or set the forgot password page. It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin Charitable plugin. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Meanwhile, please check out the plugin’s documentation here: https://www.wpcharitable.com/documentation/
Thank you for your understanding.
