    I have read in other forum topics that X Theme disables background videos on touch / mobile devices for performance reasons. How can I force enable them? My client has a touch screen PC and is unable to view the hero background video on his site:

    Hi There,

    One of our expert in videos has already tried to play video in mobile or touch devices however he could not be able to achieve it. He already forwarded this issue to our developer. As of now, there is no development regarding this issue.

    I will try to search for further updates regarding this issue in other communities, not only here.
