    I purchased the X theme last weekend and have been studying and working with it all week until Thursday, now when I try to access the demo content through the file folder icon on the right I get this:
    Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /index.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I have spent all day checking with my host provider and they are telling me I need to go through you guys! Can you help?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for posting in.

    X theme and cornerstone have no security setting that could block any requests. It could be a security plugin or your hosting’s security.

    Forbidden responses are due to permission and firewall that blocks requests. You can try other hostings for testing.
