    When I add a widget to the widget are it doesn’t show in the footer.
    When I add the shortcode in the customizer it doesn’t show either.

    yeah, but when I add a widget in the widgets in wordpress, or when I add a shortcut, it doesnt work. For example I wanted to add an addthis.com widget, it didn’t work, it didn’t show

    Hi again,

    Have you tried deleting the site’s cache? Please make sure to delete the cache after making any change or disable the cache plugin during site development.
