    Hello,

    I can’t get the footer to display. I tried several fixes that I saw on the knowledgebase but they didn’t work.

    I’d like to display social media icons and the copyright area as well. Right now when I move my mouse over the footer area the social icons will display when hovering but otherwise disappear.

    I will privately post my login credentials in the next post if you could take a look.

    Hey Andrew,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi There,

    Thank you for the credentials, first of all your footer is there but the content is white on a white background so its not visible.

    So its either you change the Footer Background color or the Footer Links and Text color under Customizer > Renew.

    Add your copyright text on Customizer > Footer > Footer Content.

    Make sure to clear your caching plugins after applying this changes.
