Hi guys,

Just launched a web-site on X Theme using Integrity stack Light. having the same issue..
Javascript code (below) is not helping unfortunately..

var $main = $(‘.x-main’),
$windowHeight = $(window).outerHeight(),
$masthead = $(‘.masthead’).outerHeight(),
$wpbar = $(‘#wpadminbar’).outerHeight(),

$main.css(‘min-height’, $windowHeight – $masthead – $wpbar – $footer – 66);

Can you please assist? We need a footer to be in the bottom of the page..

Hi There,

Thanks for posting in. To make the footer to be fixed at the bottom of the page no matter what the content height is, please add the following CSS instead:

.x-colophon.bottom {
    position: fixed;
    bottom: 0;
    width: 100%;
    background: red;
}

Above javascript code is not needed. The CSS will make it fixed at the bottom.

Many thanks for your answer. This simple CSS really helped to keep the footer at the bottom!
Just one more thing please..

Can we also keep the background image 100% height cause it still reacts on content height here:

Hi there,

You can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer.

.page-id-152 #x-section-1 {
    height: 100vh;
}
