Mick YParticipantI love the Theme – thank you. I have Integrity on http://www.micksphotoblog.com.
All works fine, except the Footer. It appears properly in the customiser, but not when live. I have tried taking out the sidebar plugins, and taking out the customised CSS. I have also tried turning off the footer, saving, then turning on again. No dice.
Any ideas, please? Thanks in advance. Mick

RupokMemberHi there,
It seems you are using very older version of X with X Shortcodes which is already replaced by Cornerstone. You need to remove X Shortcodes and install latest version of X. Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

JadeModeratorHi Mick,
Did you recently added some custom code to using your child theme? Kindly provide us with your FTP details as well so that we can check further.
Thank you.

Mick YParticipantThe only custom code is via the Customizer in CSS.
Also, I now see that when mobile the menu drop down appears and then disappears instantly. Guess the site is not working well …

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
It appears that you are still using X 1.7.2. X 4.6.2 is now available in automatic updates! This release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog. Please do update to the latest version. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
And since you are several version behind, I would recommend that you create a staging site. This is very useful because you can test drive any X updates in the staging area, do the customizations and troubleshooting without disrupting your live site. Once everything is perfect, you can easily and flawlessly proceed the update in the live site. To know how to create a staging area, please check out these articles:

Mick YParticipantThank you!! I had missed this somehow, and all working as planned. Great support 🙂
One last question. On mobile, when I expand the menu, there is a white line between menu items. How do I make that go away, please?
