inzunaParticipantHi,
I’m having trouble changing my font. I can change the size, color, and spacing but not the style (it only stays in Lato).
Can you help?
Thank you.

CousettMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in. I would watch the typography tutorial which walks you step by step on how to change fonts. – http://theme.co/x/member/kb/customizer-typography/
Make sure to check the checkbox that says “Enable Custom Fonts”I hope this helps.

MrinalMemberHi Inzuna,
Thanks for writing in!
Enable/Disable the custom fonts from customizer twice or three time, sometime it serves cached content so you don’t see the update.
If the trick doesn’t work then share your website login info here as private reply so I can check it too.
Have a nice day, Cheers!

inzunaParticipantOkay, I’ve figured out the problem. If you don’t click on a font weight after choosing a new font it does not change.
Thanks anyway! 😉

inzunaParticipantThanks for your speedy replies, just saw them after posting my resolution. Choosing a font weight worked for me.
Thanks again!August 7, 2014 at 1:09 pm #79942

bluecafeParticipantI have the same problem. Fonts won’t change. I have chosen Ubuntu condensed which doesn’t have different font weights. Have tried with Oswald … won’t change either (even if changing font-weight). How can I disable caching while working on the theme? CSS in source code still shows lato no matter which font I am trying to change. Logo stays the same, headings stay the same, body stays the same … I can change font-weight, italic, letter spacing but not font-family … ha … now it works … finally! (I enabled – disabled – enabled custom font feature, this seemed to do the trick) 🙂

Nabeel AModeratorHey Esther,
If you are using any cache plugin, always disable the plugin in development phase. Glad you’ve sorted out the font changing issue.
Have a nice day 🙂
