dear support,

what is the current supported version of font awesome?
i tried using version 4. the icon is being displayed in cornerstone but not on the published website.

i used this code:
<i class=”fa fa-envelope” aria-hidden=”true”></i>
in a text field.

thanks! just to understand: the standard code (which i posted in my first comment above) from the font awesome page does not work in x? and if so, why would that be?

Yes, that won’t work. That is because X uses a different method which is much better in performance. You will need to use the shortcode to display icons.

We do not have news regarding version 5 yet. Please stay tuned.
