On our webpage (http://qc.marketing/our-process/) the cards keep going blank. They were working fine the other day and show on the backend they are working fine now but when you flip the card / mouseover it shows the generic “this is where you place the information for the back of the card” text.

I have disabled all plugins but it still occurs?

    Hi There,

Thank you for the credentials. I downloaded the page as template and loaded it on my test site. It is working. See this:http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDQtl5j0Fs. There’s must be something on your site setup.
You could try testing for a plugin conflict first. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hi there,

It seems that you are using CloudFlare. The Cornerstone builder takes place on the front end, so sometimes CloudFlare tries to cache its resources. This can cause stale data to be loaded. To resolve this, you’ll need to disable CloudFlare when the builder is in use. This won’t effect front end performance at all.

    1. Log into CloudFlare and navigate to “Page Rules”
    2. Add a new rule using this URL pattern: *.example.com/*?cornerstone=1
    3. Under custom caching, enable “Bypass cache”
    4. Turn Performance “Off”

If you’re still having issues editing a page, you may need to login to CloudFlare again and purge the cache.

    Hope this helps.
Please let us know how it goes.
