I am trying to upload the X theme for the first time, my host is Godaddy, I have downloaded the theme zip(second one down), Sometimes i get a 500 server error message while trying to upload it or it will progress to unpacking the package screen but does not seem to go any further, after a while it will then proceed to ask me are you sure you want to do this? then proceeds to take me back to square one?

I have been on the phone to godaddy support services, and we have tried all possible solutions but everything there end seems fine?

I would like to help you to do that, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Thanks for providing the information. Regretfully we cannot login to your WordPress dashboard. All I see is this: http://prntscr.com/c1t4hs. Maybe you can point us where is the login url for your WP dashboard. For the meantime, you can install X theme manually by uploading all the files using ftp.
