    Hi X-theme,

    I’m using The Grid to create a grid of posts from different categories. I am using the Maren skin.

    The ‘sort by’ bloc is displaying above the grid but the filter by category bloc is not.

    I don’t know how to get support from the creators of The Grid as their support system requires entering a purchase code.

    Can you help? I can’t make the website live just now (for sharing) so I was first wondering if you had any initial ideas.

    Hey David.

    Hey there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hello David,

    Please edit the specific grid and then go to Grid Settings > Layout Tab > Drag Filter Blocks.See attached screenshot. Do let us know how this goes.

    Hi Lely.

    I have a filter bloc already in Top Area 1. I also have a search bloc. The search bloc is displaying but the filter is not.

    It is the grid called Maren that I am having a problem with, not Maren 3370.

    Hey David,

    Thank you for the clarifications! I have careful checked your grid and it turns out that although you have added the filter block in your layout, there is no active filters added therefore, the filter block is not displaying. Please edit your grid again and make sure to add some filters for the filter block. Please see the screenshot below:

    Silly me, I didn’t realise you had to drag over the categories into the box, I thought they were already added.

    All is working as it should now.
