pdopchevParticipantHi guys,
Tried to export/import a gallery in order to duplicate the settings but at import I get a “envira-gallery-321-12-29-2016.json: File extension error.”
Any idea what might be causing this?
p.s. exporting “The Crested Butte Hiking Guide” and trying to import to: “Tony’s Trail – Whetstone – Deli Loop”

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! I tried and seems worked fine. I guess there was some problem on your exported file.
Cheers!

pdopchevParticipantHm, this is weird. Just tried again with a couple of different browsers and actually on a different website as well and still gives an error…

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in!
You may have done the import process the wrong way. You have to do the import in the Misc tab.

To know more details how you can import and export galleries, please check out the documentation right here: http://enviragallery.com/docs/import-export-galleries/
Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

pdopchevParticipantHappy New Year!
The screen grab you have attached shows a .sql.zip file – when I export the gallery the generated file is a .json file -> just like the one pictured in the tutorial http://enviragallery.com/docs/import-export-galleries/
Could that be the issue?
p.s. still get the same error when I try to upload the .json file

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in!
The screen grab only shows how. I included the wrong file. So sorry for that. Back to your site, I tested exporting you gallery and imported it to my “An X Test” gallery and it was successful. There was no error. Please check this out:

Please check your site again.
